How to Order
You may place your ticket order online, by phone (434.979.1333), or in person at The Paramount’s Box Office from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday. The Box Office is also open 2 hours before any show and 1 hour before any movie or broadcast. Orders made more than a week prior to the performance date will be mailed. Orders placed less than a week in advance will be held at the Box Office for pickup during regular business hours or at Will Call two hours before the show.
Receiving Your Tickets
Tickets will be mailed within two weeks from the time you place your order. All ticket orders placed less than a week prior to the performance date will be held at the Box Office for pickup, either during regular business hours, or at Will Call one hour prior to the performance. If your tickets have not been received by one week prior to the show date, please call the Box Office at 434.979.1333.
A convenience fee applies to each ticket purchased over the telephone or online. These orders may be subject to an additional $2.50 shipping fee. Tickets for multiple shows may be included on a single order. All ticketing fees are waived when tickets are ordered in person at the Box Office.
Preserving The Paramount
Tickets to all Paramount Theater events includes a small donation based on ticket price to The Paramount’s Historic Preservation Fund, which supports the long-term maintenance, restoration, and improvements of Charlottesville’s Paramount Theater.
Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
All Paramount Theater ticket sales are final. Paramount Theater supporters at the Star Circle level ($1,000 annually) and above may exchange tickets for alternate Paramount Presents events. Tickets for Paramount Presents events (not including rental performances) that you are unable to use may be donated to The Paramount Theater’s annual fund as a tax-deductible contribution, provided that they are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the given performance.
If you lose your tickets, The Paramount’s Box Office is able to issue replacement tickets to the purchaser on record. Call the Box Office as soon as possible after the loss of tickets to arrange for your duplicates. For your protection, replacement tickets will not be issued earlier than two hours prior to the performance time.
Severe Weather Policy
If a Paramount Theater performance is cancelled, you may return your tickets to The Paramount Box Office for a full refund or exchange toward another Paramount Presents event. Refunds are granted only for cancelled performances. All events are subject to performer, date, or time changes. Should a change in the scheduled program occur, The Paramount will make a timely announcement and contact ticket holders as efficiently as possible.
