Join the Oratorio Society of Virginia, Charlottesville’s longest running community chorus, for their annual Christmas at the Paramount concerts! Sing in the season with conductor Michael Slon and our 90-person chorus, accompanied by a brass quintet and harp, performing holiday favorites, including “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas”, “I Saw Three Ships” and “Silver Bells,” Benjamin Britten’s Ceremony of Carols, and an audience sing-along. This year the Oratorio Society also will feature the talented Burley Bearettes Young Women’s Chorus (2:30 concert) and Albemarle High School Patriot Singers (7:30 concert). Bring your whole family to share the warmth of holidays with some of Charlottesville’s finest singers.
